Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on eligible items within a 7- day window timeframe from delivery. To qualify, pieces must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging.

Some items are final sale. This includes custom, made-to-order, or personalized pieces, as well as any items marked as non-returnable at checkout.

To initiate a return or exchange, you must contact us first. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of its approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is no longer in stock, a refund will be issued instead.

If your piece arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within a few days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

Jewelry Care

We strongly recommend following our Jewelry Care Guide to maintain the finish and longevity of your pieces. Removing jewelry during activities that involve friction or contact with hard surfaces will help significantly reduce wear over time.

Gold Vermeil Care & Expectations

Gold vermeil is a layered finish made of a thick layer of gold over sterling silver. While durable, it will naturally wear over time.

Wear is accelerated by exposure to water, moisture, or sweat, friction from daily use, contact with hard surfaces, and chemicals such as perfumes or lotions.

This type of wear is expected and is not considered a defect.
