SoMO is a design house focused on creating handmade objects and wearable accessories. All products are produced in limited quantities or made to order.

2. Products & Handmade Variations

Many of our products are handmade, cast, finished, or assembled individually. Because of this, slight variations in finish, texture, dimensions, patina, or appearance may occur between pieces. These variations are considered part of the character and uniqueness of the product.

Product images are for reference only and may vary slightly depending on lighting, screen settings, and material finishes.

3. Made-to-Order Items

Most SoMO products are made to order. Production begins after payment is received.

Production timelines are estimates and may vary depending on demand, material availability, finishing processes, or shipping carrier delays.

4. Sizing & Compatibility

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct ring size, device generation, and model compatibility before purchasing.

Some smart ring models, including ceramic and newer generations, may have sizing differences.

If you are unsure about sizing or compatibility, please contact us before placing an order.

5. Pricing

Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change pricing, product availability, or specifications at any time without notice.

6. Payments

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment information.

Orders may be canceled if fraudulent activity or unauthorized payment use is suspected.

7. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has shipped, SoMO is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages caused by incorrect shipping information, customs delays, or external shipping issues.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

8. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds.

Size exchanges may be accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unworn and in original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Custom orders, special finishes, personalized items, and limited editions are final sale.

9. Wear & Care

Our products are designed for everyday wear, but exposure to chemicals, impact, moisture, saltwater, pools, perfumes, lotions, or improper storage may affect finishes over time.

Natural wear, scratches, oxidation, and patina are not considered defects.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including product designs, photography, graphics, branding, logos, text, and imagery, is the intellectual property of SoMO unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

SoMO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use or misuse of our products or website.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the purchased product.
